Henry Rodrigues, Country IT Manager
Henry is the head of IT for the India Operations. Henry joined in this position on the 15th of March 2010.
Henry is responsible for managing the IT Relationship with the respective Business and Function teams in order to assist in meeting Baxter India's Strategic and Operational goals. He is responsible for providing IT leadership in business transformation, planning and managing operational elements in collaboration with other Asia Pacific and Global IT teams.
Henry joined Baxter from DSM Anti Infectives where he was the IT Manager Business Unit for Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa Region and Global SAP Coordinator. During his tenure there, Henry was successful in identifying IT solutions to help meet business objectives of the Business Unit by enhancing existing systems and designing and procuring new solutions. He has previously worked with Gillette India Ltd. and NIIT.
Henry is a Commerce Graduate from Delhi University, with an Advance Systems Management Diploma from NIIT.
