Manu Bhardwaj, Director Manufacturing
Manu took over as Manufacturing Director in February 2011. Manu is responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction for the manufacturing operations for India, which includes overall responsibility for the three manufacturing facilities at Manesar, Waluj and Alathur.
Manu joined Baxter in 2005 as Production Manager at Waluj. In 2006 he assumed the position of Plant Manager at Alathur .
Prior to joining Baxter, Manu worked with Becton Dickinson India Pvt. Ltd. and Lupin Laboratories Ltd. and brings over 19 years of manufacturing experience with him.
Manu earned a B. Tech in Chemical Engineering from University of Calicut and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University, India. He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt from BD University/Juran’s Institute.
