Vivek Dhariwal, Director Manufacturing
Vivek joined Baxter in August 2000 as Site Manager responsible for setting up and starting the first Baxter Manufacturing Facility at Manesar. Vivek is currently responsible for Baxter India's manufacturing operations, which includes overall responsibility for the manufacturing facilities at Manesar, Waluj and Alathur.
Prior to joining Baxter, he was working with ICI Paints as Works Manager and his key responsibilities included the running and operations of ICIs modern Paints plant at Thane, Mumbai. This included responsibility for supply chain, quality, production plant finance and HR. Prior to that Vivek has worked with ICI's Rubber Chemicals divisions and with ICIs Polyester division at Wilton in the UK.
Vivek earned his Master’s degree from the University of Kentucky, USA after graduating with a B Tech in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai.
