Rajesh Swami

Since June, 2018, Rajesh is serving as Director FP&A, APAC at Baxter. His key responsibilities are focused on leading overall process for long-range plan, annual operating plan, forecasts, monthly financial reviews and sales outlook. Partnering with Regional and Global leaders to drive process standardization and leverage best practices across APAC in close collaboration with local Baxter organizations in various countries.

Rajesh has over 25 years of experience in FMCG, Aviation, Consumer Finance, Agrochemical, ITES industries with specific focus on Business finance, Controllership and leading global finance shared services. Prior to Baxter, Rajesh has been associated with renowned companies like Syngenta, Aon, GE, Nestle & Siemens.

A commerce graduate from Delhi University, Rajesh is a Chartered Accountant, Cost & Management Accountant and holds a diploma in IFRS (ACCA, UK).
