Sanchita Basu

Director Global IT – Global Delivery Site Leader, Bangalore

Sanchita Basu

Sanchita has been an integral part of Baxter’s Bangalore IT arm, also known as Global Delivery Centre India (GDCi) since September 2016. She has driven several portfolios of Digital and Commercial IT, Digital Health IT (ShareSource), and Regional Commercial Excellence (for analytics and artificial intelligence) in incremental capacities. She also leads the Bangalore Centre of Excellence for Automation and Process Mining.  

With over 19 years of experience and expertise, Sanchita has led an array of programs on Product Management, Data Platform Design and Business Analytics. Prior to Baxter, she has been associated with renowned organizations like Accenture and United Natural Foods Inc at Boston (USA) in technology innovations and digital transformation across multiple domains of supply chain, healthcare, and banking. Sanchita is a visionary, results-oriented leader with proven success in problem-solving, driving results, and enhancing customer satisfaction through thought leadership in digital transformation. She also is a firm believer and promoter of an inclusive workplace.  

Academically, Sanchita holds B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from University of Calcutta (Kolkata). She also has various certifications in PMP, SCRUM, HIAA (Health Insurance of American Association), and Salesforce to her credit.
